Founded by Todd Panzer, a dedicated nurse practitioner with strong ties to the Ocala community, Panzer Family Medicine is restoring the foundation of healthcare through the Direct Primary Care model—where patients come first. We believe in transparent pricing, unrushed appointments, and lasting relationships built on trust and accessibility. By removing barriers to care, we are creating a healthier, more empowered community—one patient at a time.
Monthly Commitment
Individuals
• Ages 6-17* | $30
(*when enrolled with parent)
• Ages 18-39 | $80
• Ages 40-64 | $100
• Ages 65+ | $120
Family
• Family of 4* | $199
(*two adults and two children)
• Each additional child | $25
Employer Sponsored
• Starting at $75
All individual new members will pay a one-time intake fee of $100 at the first visit. Families are $200. Regular billing will start the month you enroll, regardless of first visit date. If you pay for a year at the time of enrollment, the intake fee is waived.
